Milana

Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub, an American comedian and actress is also known as Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub. Born in the Soviet Union to Jewish parents Her career began as a child actress soon after her move to the United States. From 2013 until 2016, she worked as the AT&T salesperson Lily Adams, and since 2020, she has been the AT&T saleswoman Lily Adams. She rose to fame for her roles in television commercials. She was a regular host of the Yahoo! Screen science fiction comedy Other Space (2015). Additionally, she was regular on the NBC drama This Is Us (2016–2017). Vayntrub was initially cast as the character Squirrel Girls in Marvel Rising's pilot that was never aired for New Warriors in 2018, has voiced the character since. Vayntrub, was a Jewish person, was born in Tashkent (Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic), USSR. When she was two years old her parents and she moved to the U.S. as refugees to avoid antisemitism and settled in West Hollywood. Due to financial hardships in her family, she started acting in Mattel Barbie commercials when she was five years old. Vayntrub briefly studied at Beverly Hills High School. In her sophomore year she dropped out and earned an GED. She continued however to earn an undergraduate degree in Arts Communication from University of California San Diego. She studied improv comedy with the Upright Citizens Brigade.
